WCA MEMBER ON-BOARDING PROCESS FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS
- Member completes this CREATE ACCOUNT form
- Reliable sends the member a service agreement via DocuSign
- Once the DocuSign is completed by the member, Reliable will program the member’s unique Branded URL
- Reliable will provide the member with the URL, along with sample language that can be copy/pasted in an email to applicants, when the member is ready to initiate a background check.
- Reliable will send a Completed Email to the member once the results have come back. We do not email the results, as that is not secure, but we will email a link to the member that will allow them to login to our secure online portal to view the results.
