No single criminal database provides complete nationwide coverage. Some counties and states restrict court data from being included in databases, which is why direct county court searches, included in your package, are essential for more accurate results. While certain jurisdictions require state or court access fees, Reliable does not add additional upcharges. Every report is reviewed by our team, and customer service representatives are available to address any questions or concerns. As a client, you will receive access to our system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: To begin using Reliable Background Screening’s services, you will enter into a separate agreement directly with Reliable. SurePayroll® by Paychex is not a party to this agreement. All services are provided by and billed directly through Reliable Background Screening
